Product & Implementation Engineer

Your role is varied and includes:

• Implementation: Together with the Implementation Manager, you will carry out implementation projects at our customers, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Product Development: You will translate customer feedback and market trends into concrete product improvements and work closely with our development team. You will test new developments and improvements.
• Technical Support: You will provide technical support to our customers.
• Sales Support: Possibility to support our sales department with demos and answering questions from potential new customers.
• Product Training: You will develop and provide training for customers and internal colleagues.

Here's what we're looking for in you:

• Technical Background: You have a HBO/WO level of working and thinking with a technical background (for example, computer science, business administration, or logistics) or you have a logistics background and affinity with software development.
• Hands-on mentality: You are a doer and enjoy solving complex problems independently.
• Commercial Attitude: You have a customer-oriented attitude and can easily understand the needs of our customers.
• Good Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical matters in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Team Player: To provide good service to our customers, it is essential that you are a good team player.
• Experience: Experience is a plus but not required.
