This application is used by air freight forwarders. Orders come into a booking portal electronically via the Inbox or via manual processing in the system.
Within scenarios, this software allows standard scenarios or trade lanes to be recorded per customer. This way after, all sub-tasks and actions are recorded in the system in the correct order for each assignment. Because sales and purchase contracts can be entered into the system, costs and revenues are automatically determined when booking. Invoices can be generated fully automatically and sent electronically after verification. Progress, margin and deviations can be monitored via dashboards with performance indicators. Additionally, through integration with different data providers, the progress of booking can be monitored. Assignments can also be exchanged electronically through data integration with service providers (sub-contractors).
