Booking Platform
In more and more sectors, the order management is handled online, directly by and with customers. Therefore, for the logistic sector we have created a booking platform that can be used by individual rail and barge operators for service offers.
On this platform, customers are able to process orders, without intervention of mail or telephone. The order process can be extened with requests like custom declarations or pre- and on-carriage. With the tracking and tracing functionality, the forwarder can inform his clients constantly with updates about the latest status of the booking.
Next to this, the booking platform is very suitable for being used for cooperations in which operators can stay independent but still be operationally cooperating. Bookings can be dealt with online, whilst taking into account the joint offer of services, availability, etc. The platform is neutral and will save you from a lot of administrative work.
